Hiyee...finally finding time to pen some thoughts for the week that has passed. How time flies, am in the middle of my 2nd week at work already. I've learned quite abit about the 4Cs (Cut, Clarity, Colour, Carat) and stuff with regards to diamonds. Every morning when I go to the shop, I would help out in putting the jewellery on the window display and boy are they gorgeous! The ones that I got my eyes set on are priced at 5 figures, so no way can I afford them, even if I'm able to get them at cost price! haha!
Truthfully, things have not been going well for us. Dunno why but we seem to be getting more on each other's nerves, having shorter fuse and all. I know we should be more patient and be there for each other, (which we definitely are) but our anxiety about stuff is overwhelming us.
Dear Lord, we thank you for the gift of our friends... we pray earnestly for their well-being and protection. Please keep us close in your embrace and remind us that we are not far from you. Indeed, He is the only unchanging in our constantly changing lives. Was actually holding back my tears at mass on Sat evening as the choir sang beautifully "Cast your burdens onto Jesus". Indeed, no yoke is too heavy for him to carry....
Amidst our roller coaster of emotions, I've been missing home dearly... I know mummy will say, "who ask you to go to Australia... you have all your friends and family here in Singapore." I definitely agree with that, but although Ivan was the initiator for the move, I wanna support my dear husband. I also do wanna explore if it will be a different and possible life for us here but trust me, the going is tough... but the tough will get going, with God's graces.
u have us!! dun forget!! we're always here for u...hurhur....aiyah u pray that i strike toto this CNY then i will fly to perth...hurhur...oops we're not supposed to buy toto ....alamak.... just lift all your worries up and remember everything in god's time...
