Presenting some of our recent meals... :) First up, ORANGE FISH, yup, we baked our fillet with orange slices and a mix of olive oil, salt, pepper and the orange juices as well. Was quite yummy! A mix of tangy and salty! :P
Another fish dish, with baked veg, potatoes and beans (was trying to make it like Kenny Rogers side dish, not bad attempt I must say...haha!) Oh, we bought the smoked cod from the supermarket and baked it once again with some olive oil and wallah! :P
We thought we bought bee hoon but din realise it was tang hoon until we started cooking... haha! but it was still yummy, had it alongside chicken satay kebabs that we grilled. :P

Not too bad for amateurs like Ivan and Angie yeah? HEE!
