Yeah, sorry I have been M.I.A. To sum it all, I have been sleeping a lot on Wednesday and today. Having fever and been under the weather...Think it's the exposure to scorching heat here in Aussieland. Can you imagine, 42 degrees? If you thought Singapore had hot weather, think again, it's even more potent here coz it's not as humid, so you dun exactly perspire that much but trust me, the sun's rays are so much more lethal!
Just a quick update on what happened on Tuesday. Went for our first car viewing but as you can see, there are no pics with this entry coz it was a no-go. Although the 1996 Metallic Blue Honda Accord with sun roof, was in pretty good condition, we were alarmed when we saw the last servicing report, seems like a lot more svsg was to be done in the next svs if we were to get the car. We even called up the mechanic and he estimated it to cost between 1K to 1100. The car was selling at $6750, which means we still had to cough out more to get it into tip-top condition! Thus, we decided not to get it and will be viewing a 2003 Honda Jazz on Sunday. For those of you who dunno, driving a Honda is actually my dream car, oh, I got my driving license converted too and I gotta put up the "P" plate till 2011! The best part on Tuesday has gotta be the test drive of the Honda Accord, it really felt great to be behind the wheels after so long...coz I havent driven since I passed in Oct 09!;)
Met up with my bosses on Wednesday afternoon, that's when I started heating up... had an Orientation and met my future colleagues, it's a pretty small family, with 10 of us so it should be good I hope. Think I'm the youngest there, yeah, get to be the baby! ;) Haha! Will be starting work on 1st Feb and thereafter, will be going for a course on 16 and 17th Feb on the MYOB software... everything seems to be going along well so far, m excited though a lil worried about starting work but I know our dear Lord's with me through it all. AMEN! :)
